For the first time in history, with the CCTI system, the human race has the capacity to take control over major portions of its environment. Individuals have been empowered with the tools and the means with which to evaluate the full effect the environment has on human life. And for the first time, the medical health care delivery system would be controlled by the public domain, designed solely for the benefit of the general public not the special interests of the health care providers.

The physicians, hospitals, testing laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, and their customers, as well as the many other businesses that deeply impact public health, would all be brought under control.
